Who is responsible

The controller of the data we collect on this site is BixOn SAC (Tax ID / RUC 20612797570), operator of the BixSales product. Contact: bixsales@bixon.app and WhatsApp +51 960 295 040.

This text covers the marketing site and the company registration form. Data your team loads inside the workspace (customers, debts, and so on) is handled under the service agreement, where your company is the controller of that information.

What we ask when you register a company

Country, company document type and number (in Peru, RUC), legal name, trade name and workspace identifier (slug).

From the legal representative: full name, document type and number, email, phone, whether WhatsApp notices are authorized, and a password for access.

We also store the sworn-statement acceptances (authority to represent, privacy/data protection and service agreement), with a timestamp.

Why we use it

To create the workspace and the first user, identify you, contact you by email or WhatsApp if you authorized it, and meet legal or invoicing duties when they apply.

We do not sell contact lists. We do not publish invented testimonials or use your registration data for third-party ads on this site.

Retention and security

We keep the account while the workspace is active and for any period the law requires after closure. We apply reasonable access controls and isolation between companies; no system is infallible.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection by writing to bixsales@bixon.app. If you are in Peru, the rights in Law No. 29733 also apply. See Data protection for more detail.
