Applicable framework

This document is a usable draft on personal data protection for BixSales, a product of BixOn SAC. In Peru the main rules are Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its regulations. If you operate from another country, additional rules may apply.

Roles

BixOn SAC is the controller of website data, company signup data and the owner-user account (identity, contact and credentials).

Your company is the controller of personal data loaded in its workspace (prospects, customers, representatives, debts). BixOn acts as processor for that set, under the service agreement.

Legal bases (account and site)

Performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship (creating and running the workspace).

Consent, when you tick the registration boxes or authorize WhatsApp.

Compliance with legal duties and the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure, without overriding your rights.

Processors and transfers

We may use hosting, email or infrastructure providers. We ask them to process data only for the service. If there is a transfer outside Peru, we will look for an adequate mechanism; this draft does not claim a closed list of sub-processors.

You may exercise access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and ask about portability where it applies, at bixsales@bixon.app or WhatsApp +51 960 295 040. We will respond within reasonable time. You may also contact Peru’s National Personal Data Protection Authority.
